Verify that the payment method you intend to use is one of the accepted payment methods for Meta ads.
Confirm that your account is not currently configured for available funds. If it is, you will need to follow the process for adding money using a manual payment method instead.
If this is your first ad and no payment information has been supplied, you will be prompted to add it before publishing. Account admins can proceed directly; non-admin users may receive an “invalid parameter” error.
Add Payment Method:
1. Go to Meta Business Manager Account Settings
