Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Officer with expertise in the digital agency landscape. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital services, a proven track record in client acquisition, and the ability to manage relationships with both local and international clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the digital services sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients (local & international).
- Understand client needs and propose tailored digital solutions (e.g., web, app development, SEO, marketing).
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and negotiate contracts.
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, development, marketing) to ensure client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in business development, sales, or client management (preferably in a digital agency, IT services, or software company).
- Strong understanding of digital services (e.g., web development, SaaS, digital marketing).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Experience dealing with international clients is a plus
